Information for Authors

Submission of Full Papers: Authors are invited to submit their full papers online by 15-Jan-2027. The full papers should have at least 4 pages (with a maximum of 6 pages) following the IEEE paper template. All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by at least 3 reviewers per paper, and acceptance will be announced on 15-Apr-2027. There is Rolling Notification for early submissions.

There is no abstract submission stage in FES2027, so authors are invited to directly submit their full papers.

In order to be included in the conference proceedings, at least one co-author of each accepted paper must be registered for the conference and present it in location. Please refer to the registration page for more information.

All 100% of presented papers of FES2027 will be published by IEEE and will be indexed in IEEE Xplore.

The 20% top papers of FES2027 proceedings will be eligible for further review to be published in the IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications.

The 50% top papers of FES2027 proceedings will be eligible for further review to be published in the journal Smart Energy Systems, provided that the content follows the main scopes of SES.
