Dear Attendees and Industry Partners,

With the health and safety of our participants, faculty, staff and industry sponsors foremost in our minds, the organizers of the Flexible Endoscopic Surgery (FES) Annual Meeting have made the decision to reschedule this year's meeting.

We will continue to closely monitor updates and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as state and local governments.

We have already begun working with the Loews Miami Beach to identify and secure a new set of 2020 dates that will allow this meeting to take place at a time when it will no longer be considered a public health crisis to travel and participate in group settings.

You will receive a communication once a new set of dates have been secured. All registrations will automatically be transferred to the new dates once they are announced.

Hotel Key Cards - $6,000

Welcome attendees to this year's event and remind them of your presence at the meeting with a hotel key card featuring your company logo and/or message.

Door Drop - $3,500

Your printed marketing piece can be placed on the hotel room door of all attendees registered at the hotel.
